We may soon see the development of 20 apartments on Evelyn Byrd Avenue between Harrisonburg Crossing, Texas Roadhouse, Regal Cinema and Forbes Crossing.
The developer is requesting a special use permit to allow multi-family dwellings and/or mixed use buildings in the B-2 district.
A few details from the proposal include...
- no apartments will have more than three bedrooms
- at least 10% of the apartments will be one bedroom apartments
- no more than 20 apartments will be built
- the building might be up to five stories above grade
