Is it still possible to buy a home under $200,000 in Harrisonburg or Rockingham County? Many people think it's not possible, and talk about it within the context of how much home prices have increased over the past few years. First, a disclaimer --- there are lots and lots of townhouses or duplexes priced under $200,000. There are 97 currently available in the City of Harrisonburg, and 71 more in Rockingham County. However, there are even some single family homes in that price range as well. 23 homes in the City of Harrisonburg are priced under $200k, and 107 more in Rockingham County.
