Have increased sales been spread evenly across all price range? |

Not all price range were created equal this past year, it seems. As shown above, all price ranges except $300K-$400K showed 11% to 14% growth in home sales. That middle/high price range ($300K-$400K) on the other hand, had a massive increase of 67% growth in the pace of home sales! Looking forward, I am not clear how long we will continue to see increases in the "under $200K" price range. If the median sales price continues to increase, at some point, there will likely be a slight decline in the number of homes in this price range.
