It Is Not Possible For You To Ask Too Many Questions When Selling Or Buying A Home |

Most people do not buy or sell a home every year - or even every few years. Oftentimes, when buying or selling a home, you haven't done so in 5+ or 10+ or even 20+ years. Thus, it is natural to have some questions about how things work when buying or selling your home. Your likely lack of recent personal experience with buying or selling is also compounded by the fact that laws and contract documents continue to evolve over time AND market conditions at any given time can affect how transactions typically flow. So, when you are buying or selling a home OR when you are thinking about buying or selling a home -- feel free to ask questions -- a LOT of them! But they're silly questions... There aren't any silly questions when it comes to buying or selling a home. You are getting ready to buy or sell what may be your most valuable finance asset -- it's a big deal -- so if you have a question, as the question. I won't laugh or snicker or smirk. Promise. But maybe you don't have time for all these questions... Sure I do.
