The apartments -- or townhouses -- or apartments shown above are currently under construction almost directly across Boyers Road from Sentara RMH Medical Center. Each "townhouse" structure actually features two apartments -- one up, and one down. These townhouses are off of Congers Creek Road -- in fact, on the other side of Congers Creek Road from The Townes at Congers Creek, townhouses for sale built by a different developer. So, in conclusion, there are quite a few rental properties are under construction on Boyers Road.
