LOTS of new housing is currently being developed in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County... though mostly in Rockingham County. [1] Is enough housing being built or planned to support a growing population? [2] Is too much housing being built or planned beyond what our growing population needs? [3] Is the right type, size, and price of housing being built?
