Harrisonburg Explores Options For Developing Housing On City Owned Land |

The City of Harrisonburg has been working for the past year on exploring how two City-owned properties might be developed to provide future affordable housing solutions. The first site is an 8.59 acre parcel located on Neff Avenue that would likely allow for the development of either (72) townhomes or up to (200) apartments.
