Every new listing isn't having multiple offers these days... but plenty of new listings are getting lots of attention... and some are having multiple offers. As a result, some buyers are still having a difficult time securing a contract to buy a home. If you are such a home buyers... who has been searching for a home for months and months... or who has unsuccessfully made offers on home after home... Will you become more or less picky as time goes on?
