Your Buyer Representative will be your point person in finding your new home. This team effort will give you the greatest chance at finding your dream home. Here are some tools to assist with your search:
- Buyer Representative: has real time access to the newest listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and knows about homes that may not be in the MLS. Because your Buyer Representative is in contact with sellers each day, they may also know sellers who are starting to think about selling their home.
- CBFunkhouser.com: This website is equipped with easy search capabilities allowing you to quickly find available homes in your specific criteria with the most property detail available.
- Open Homes: Many buyers like to use the weekend to casually view open homes. If you are currently working with a Realtor, tell the Seller's Representative at the Open House who is representing you so they can be of greater assistance to you.
